I think it works great! I've been taking for about 10 months.

I think it works great! I've been taking it for about 10 months now and it really helps with my workout. This gives you the energy to get through without falling at the end. I only had a problem with it once when the powder was clumpy and I contacted the seller. They sent me a new one a week later! I have no problem with the product itself, but people should be aware that it gives the user a tingly feeling. So if that doesn't suit you, look for another product.
