Not everything can be perfect. I bought the first of these two Pantum printers in mid-January 2017 and it has been printing very well ever since. I chose a backup printer because of the cheap price and the fact that I use it in my shop. I'm reviewing a backup printer that I bought on September 6, 2018. Today it is out of service. It growled like a dog when turned on and when typing, it growled for a few seconds as it started typing, so the sheet of stickers was smudged because the growl was jammed. So the first part of the sheet was a thick black spot, and when the jam was cleared, only half of the bumper stickers were printed. They will replace it for free (no questions asked). This is a sign of a BIG organization. So even though the printer got one star, I gave it 5 stars for AMAZON's AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thanks Revain! PS The representative I spoke to (English was his second language) spoke very well, understood me clearly and he understood me well and I didn't have to repeat myself.
