It floats and it works on my pool
It floats on my pool. I don't think submerging it in water for a long time is a good idea. I take them out of my pool and put it aside as long as its not on water continuously. The locking doesn't seem to be tight seal but its seal. There's no rubber or something for the water from preventing to seep in.but it sealed. It works floating above water , and its bright
