Review on Sowder by Will Porter

For a recent craft endeavor, I placed a Sowder order for some feathers. Unfortunately, I had a very poor encounter with this company. First of all, the feathers I got were of poor grade. The feathers I got were anything but the "softest feathers to the fluffiest boas" that they had been described as. They lacked the lovely, organic feel I was anticipating and were rough to the touch. The feathers were obviously of bad quality and not worth the money I spent on them. To make things worse, I received insufficient and unhelpful responses when I contacted Sowder's customer support team to express my dissatisfaction. The person I spoke with seemed unconcerned with my complaints and provided no resolution or apology for the subpar feathers I was given. They obviously didn't respect me as a customer and showed no inclination to make things right. Overall, I wouldn't suggest Sowder as a source for feathers. I was dismayed and irritated by their subpar feathers and poor customer service. In the future, I'll do commerce somewhere else.
