The only assembly required for this duster is to screw on one of the included nozzles. The pole is retractable and fixed at different lengths, which is nice. Two nozzles for one rag of different kinds. We're moving to Texas, to a two-story house with a ceiling fan and lights hanging very high. So high I'll probably have to climb a ladder to get to her with this rag. The rag folds up very compactly and I just put everything back into the box it came in. I really like that it takes up little space when folded. I tried it on a couple of my flashlights and it got rid of the cobwebs perfectly. This retractable duster is amazing and I highly recommend it.
