My puppy had a negative reaction

I don't know if it's just my dog but about 10 minutes after I put it on he started coughing. I took it off and the same day the cough went away. This is the only thing I can ascertain that was first presented to him at the time. Other than that, it's really cute, so ⭐⭐.
