In short, I bought a water test kit and tested the water quality before and after installing this device. It has the same water quality, nothing has changed. . The water quality is determined using water numbers from 0 to 300. 0 stands for the best water quality. Tested on bottled water it's number 3 tested on my Primo water dispenser. This is number 50. Tested with Brita filter number 150, no Brita filter anywhere in my house 150 and yes I installed it correctly and followed all instructions. Also, it flashes green when water comes out of the tap and I even let it run for 10 minutes before checking the water quality. Save some money and don't even try to buy that.
