I usually cook a lot of Chinese dumplings, burgers and meat noodle sauce at home, especially for the holidays. My friend also cooks a lot. We usually buy stuffed meat products in grocery stores. Now we're kind of talking and decide to grind the meat ourselves because we're not sure about the quality of ground beef sold in grocery stores. Then I went online to look for food processors. It was the first time we bought and tasted. With our budget around $100 and an 8 cup size, we decided to try MAGICCOS as we have a small family. From the video it looks like it is very easy to use. After almost a month of use I have cooked several dishes with it. So far I would say that I enjoy using it. I mainly use it for mincing meat (beef and pork) and mixing it with vegetables to make a filling for dumplings and buns. This is the processing and grinding of beef and pro-fast. My friend and I saved a lot of time and energy by using meat cleavers. The lid and sealing of the container are good, so the food doesn't spill during processing. As a first-time user, this is a good experience with this food processor.
