I like how easy it is for project managers to enter their budget, priority level and other information into this tool which then gives them all the needed info to make an informed decision regarding prioritization. It's also very beneficial when you have several different stakeholders involved in your process. Having multiple people involved makes things easier as they can add notes or comments directly into the system once they've made some decisions themselves about what needs to be done next. If there was one thing we didn't like about Project Prioritzer it would probably be that sometimes users don't know where to find certain items within the app (for example, if someone changes something outside of the scope of their role). That being said, having a good overview of the status/progress of each item helps keep everyone updated! Using Project Priority Tracker has been extremely helpful in keeping my team focused and organized during our quarterly reviews of work.
