wheels do not spin well

The description says that the wheels have high speed ABEC 9 bearings, but the wheels barely turn. One of the 4, in particular, is super stiff and stops immediately after giving it a spin. Twice I have reached out to the company directly but have not received a response. Maybe you need to buy some bearing lubrication or add WD-40 as others have suggested, but I expected that the skateboard would be received ready to go.
