Review on FanExam for NPS by Mike Travers

I like that it is easy to use and has all of my favorite features - including heatmaps! It's also very inexpensive so there isn't much risk involved if you don't see results right away (which we didn't). We are able to track our customer base with ease thanks to this tool. There really aren't enough tools out there offering such great value without sacrificing quality control. What would be helpful next time around? Would love more customization options when setting up campaigns/interventions etc. The biggest thing was being able to easily monitor data over the last month since launch as well as compare across different channels.
