We like the screen style, for looks, ease of use and allowance of air into the house without bugs. Unfortunately, this 1-month-old screen is already fraying from the center magnet seams and showing age in the protectorate screen that should not exist at this youthful age. We had one previous to this that lasted 9 months before it showed this affect, and then lasted 6 more months when we replaced it with this one. We are always conscious of making purchases of quality products, caring for them and extending value where we can. This product is not performing to our expectation, but really is not a bad product.
