I've been trying to get this article to work for me but it's too difficult (after 3 tries) to get in between and around the 7mm stainless steel grilles on my 2019 Weber Genesis II SE-310 .LP grill. I've used it with and without water (as suggested) on a very hot grill and it just couldn't be cleaned to my satisfaction, comparable to cheap disposable $1-$3 grill cleaners. a piece of metal from the grill cleaner fell off and fell into a piece of food. Just pay attention to what you're doing. To the seller's (or Revain's) credit, I was refunded once the RA was scanned for pickup at my local UPS store without question. Thank you for making returns an easy process. I want the product to work better for me, maybe YMMV.
