Great software which helps increase productivity

eTAM is a great tool for our team to use. The platform is very user friendly and the support team is always there to help if needed. So far, we have been able to streamline processes and improve efficiency. The platform is easy to use and the reporting is very good.
We have been able to do a lot better with our inventory management and it has helped us to improve our internal processes. I have to say that I have not seen anything I dislike so far. We are using it to improve our inventory management and we have seen some great results. We are improving our internal processes and we are also improving our inventory management.

Pros

Inventory updates were done automatically once they went into production which saved time instead having someone manually updating orders within ERP system every day or hour when sales closed out an account..it allowed them all be updated together! Great customer service quick response times.good pricing model compared other services available..etc etc more information can easily by found from their website
