I love that this system allows me access from anywhere via my phone or internet! It's super easy to use with all of its features and it is constantly improving as well! Sometimes when you are in your office there can be issues where some things don't work right but they always try to resolve those problems quickly so overall not too many complaints here. If used correctly this program will help run our practice smoothly without missing anything important. We have improved communication between the doctor offices and the staff members who assist them by allowing us to track everything we need.
