Hands down the best kinsieology tape on Best Buy.

I’ve tried half a dozen of these kinesiology tapes on Best Buy - this is the ONLY one that doesn’t leave residue on your body from cheap material. Some of them aren’t event that sticky to begin with, so it just doesn’t even make sense why I have to spend a metric ton of time trying to get the gunk off my body.Buy with confidence, I’ve learned my lesson and will just stick with StrengthTape.

Pros

Tape stays where placed for up to a week. I am not very active while knee heals. Will keep purchasing.

Cons

May not adhere properly to sweaty or oily skin
