Great purchase I'm using this consistently for the past 2 .

Great purchaseI'm using this consistently for the past 2 years, very cost effective and relieves from the pain I have through plantar FacilitiesI use this product every day, wash me feet at least 3 times a day and with showers, I can use this tape without losing its adhesiveness, without having to replace a tape for more than a weekIt is worth every penny, yes I would recommend this product to my friends and family

Pros
  • Worked well helping me walk
Cons
  • Need to properly apply to ensure proper support and injury prevention

Excellent! best in my review

This has eliminated the sharp stabbing pain in my knee cap. Super happy for such a simple solution! My PT recommended this and I’m sold for life!

Pros
  • StrengthTape is water-resistant, allowing you to sweat and shower with it on without losing effectiveness
Cons
  • May not provide enough stretch for certain areas or injuries

Works when it stays on.

I wish it would adhere a little better. After the 1st day it is coming off. While it’s stays on works great. That's my feedback!

Pros
  • Improves proprioception, allowing the body to become more aware of movement and placement
Cons
  • May not properly stick if applied over hair or clothing

Great Kinesiology Tape that Stays on!

Purchased this product for a recurring shoulder problem. I have used Kinesiology tape in the past, I have tried different brands and types. This tape works very well. It stays on a lot longer then KT Tape and costs less. I can wear this tape for about 4 days before it begins to come off. I shower with it and it stays on! One thing I did notice is that the top layer of tape seems to not stick too well to the bottom layer of tape, where the two pieces cross. Although it could also be because of…

Pros
  • This brand stays on better than the one they use when I go to Physical Therapy
Cons
  • Colors may bleed during prolonged use or exposure to sweat

Helped my weak knee

I have one weak knee that is painful on stairs or walking a lot. The tape worked great giving the knee the extra support it needs and immediately relieved the pain. The directions were very good and easy to follow for cutting and application. After several days I developed sore spots on each side of the knee at the tape edges. I think it was a reaction to the tape adhesive after having gotten wet while showering. I will definitely continue to use the tape at certain times I just will change it…

Pros
  • Seems to help with my wrist pain caused by bowling
Cons
  • May not be effective for reducing muscle soreness

Great, cheaper equivalent to the "brand " name product.

Was a little nervous to try this, but properly applied I'm get the 4-5 days of good adhesion it promises. Then also, fairly painless to remove and reapply fresh to a "tennis elbow" injury. Will buy this brand again.

Pros
  • BREATHEABLE & DURABLE: StrengthTape Sports Tape is made of breathable stretch cotton fabric to give support & stability to painful muscles, joints & tendons without limiting the range of motion like braces do. 5-meter roll. Cut to preferred size of 10".
Cons
  • May not properly stick to hairy areas

A decent value: my feedback

I had some problems with this product staying stuck to my shoulder. I use two strips each time I play pickleball and for the most part get the support I need.

Pros
  • StrengthTape Kinesiology Tape is scientifically designed to reduce muscle fatigue and soreness
Cons
  • May not be as effective as ice or other injury treatments

easy to use and can be worn for longer than .

This simple, effective tape is helping to keep me together. I'm having hip surgery in November and my left knee is even more arthritic, bone on bone. I tried different sleeves, etc. for my knee but they were excruciating and totally ineffective. This tape is supportive, easy to use and can be worn for longer than one day. I don't go over two days because I choose to let my knee and skin have some recovery time, but I love this product. The pre-cut strips are easy to use. I cut then double under

Pros
  • use when I play pickle ball and when I walk/run.
Cons
  • May not provide enough support for serious injuries

I use this tape all the time when I feel that my back is tight, aching or painful. It has a sensory support that provides some relief and relaxation. It does not eliminate the pain but does provide soothing relief. I also use it on my left trochanteric bursitis to provide relief from pain at night and during exercise.

Pros
  • ‎0.35 Pounds
Cons
  • May not provide enough support for very heavy weightlifting

VERY adhesive! in my review

I am in physical therapy for neck and shoulder problems. The tape that they used at the clinic on me was always coming off, so I found this on Best Buy and after reading all of the reviews, decided to give it a try. It's GREAT! It definitely stays in place and helps with the muscles and pain. The only thing is that your skin can get irritated when taking it off (did I mention that it's VERY adhesive?), so you may have to let your skin breathe for a couple of days in between applications. All in

Pros
  • ‎2018
Cons
  • Limited length may not be sufficient for prolonged activities

Color is accurate, adhesive was stronger than other K tapes I have used. This turned out to be a deficit. It was fine for short use, less than 90 min. If left on any longer, it caused red marks and irritation. Other brands, I can leave on for 8 hours or more, with no issue. I will stick to KT tape brand going forward.

Pros
  • ‎cotton and quick drying Spandex
Cons
  • May not fit all body types or sizes

It Does Give Muscle Support (When Applied Correctly)

I ordered this because my DC used it for my injured bicep & tricep. Their version had same logo and name, so I purchased this. There must me a professional grade (because this is NOT the same)First off, it DOES work but not as good. It’s a little more flimsy/lightweight than my Chiropractors version.Definitely make sure you do NOT have any lotion or oil on your skin where it will be applied. Since the adhesive isn’t as strong it will start peeling off.Once it’s applied properly, it will last…

Pros
  • TRY THEM ALL: Find StrengthTape in uncut & precut rolls to use where needed & precut kits that target joints & muscle group injury & pain in the neck, back, calf, ankle, quad, wrist, shoulder, & knee. For athletes & non-athletes.
Cons
  • May limit circulation in certain areas

Worked great! good for me

Worked great for my shin splints, I had to keep training and this was just what I needed! I wore it for several days and even showered with it on. I found the more I didn't touch the tape with my fingers the better it stuck where i needed it to. There are videos on You Tube on how to place it and how to handle it.

Pros
  • If you are using it for your foot, think about buying a name brand so that the adhesive is stronger.
Cons
  • Skimpy instruction

I like the fact they they stay on for several days, iincluding in the shower. I use them on my neck and right knee to help reduce pain.

Pros
  • I’m disappointedI had ordered the tape that is precutsI got continuous rolls. Misleading
Cons
  • May fall off during high-intensity activities

I sustained nerve damage from advanced jaw surgery. I have a neuroma and continuity is what I was told. After several years of buying expensive lidocaine patches the physical therapy department at the hospital recommended kinesio tape. Thanks to this product I no longer have to buy expensive creams or lidocaine patches. I cut a strip of this and where it below my lip and the burning and pain to my lower lip is greatly diminished. I can’t express my gratitude to this company. Someday medicine…

Pros
  • The tape is lightweight and offers excellent stretchability, allowing for comfortable movement
Cons
  • May not be suitable for use during certain medical conditions or treatments

Does not stick on my review.

I was really disappointed in this - I just opened it up because I’ve gone through my other KT tape and this does not stick at all -you put it on and then it just rolls back. It’s way past the time to return this so I hope the manufacturer sees this and reaches out to me because this is really bad quality.

Pros
  • The tape conforms to the body's shape, offering better fitting and stability in areas of movement
Cons
  • May not provide enough support for certain types of injuries or conditions

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Hands down the best kinsieology tape on Best Buy.

I’ve tried half a dozen of these kinesiology tapes on Best Buy - this is the ONLY one that doesn’t leave residue on your body from cheap material. Some of them aren’t event that sticky to begin with, so it just doesn’t even make sense why I have to spend a metric ton of time trying to get the gunk off my body.Buy with confidence, I’ve learned my lesson and will just stick with StrengthTape.

Pros
  • Tape stays where placed for up to a week. I am not very active while knee heals. Will keep purchasing.
Cons
  • May not adhere properly to sweaty or oily skin

Practically it's acceptable given the low price but it does not stick well like KT Pro which i think it sticks better but looks nicer.

Pros
  • It is versatile and can be used on various parts of the body, including the knees, shoulders, and ankles
Cons
  • May not be suitable for use on very thin or delicate skin

My knee loves it - my new review

I have had a couple of hard falls and have an unstable knee. I will probably need knee surgery at some time but like most people, need to save up for my deductible. This tape has been a life saver for me. It stabalizes the knee so the joint doesn't feel like it's sliding around. Has also helped me reduce the use of Ibuprofen for pain. I did have trouble getting it to stick even after cleaning my skin with alcohol so I would also recommend getting skin prep pads or spray to go along with this…

Pros
  • Just as good as KT brand but at a better price
Cons
  • Limited usability compared to traditional athletic tape

So far it is better than the others

I use this all the time, for my knees. The box I have right now is only lasting about 4 days per application. The box before would last over 7 days, or more. So I have learned that no two boxes contain the same exact quality. But I have tried other brands and I am sticking with this one. So far it is better than the others.

Pros
  • It comes in an array of colors, making it easy to match your athletic wear
Cons
  • May not properly stick to areas with body hair or sweat
