Helped my weak knee
I have one weak knee that is painful on stairs or walking a lot. The tape worked great giving the knee the extra support it needs and immediately relieved the pain. The directions were very good and easy to follow for cutting and application. After several days I developed sore spots on each side of the knee at the tape edges. I think it was a reaction to the tape adhesive after having gotten wet while showering. I will definitely continue to use the tape at certain times I just will change it more frequently especially if it gets wet.
- Seems to help with my wrist pain caused by bowling
- May not be effective for reducing muscle soreness
