VERY adhesive! in my review
I am in physical therapy for neck and shoulder problems. The tape that they used at the clinic on me was always coming off, so I found this on Best Buy and after reading all of the reviews, decided to give it a try. It's GREAT! It definitely stays in place and helps with the muscles and pain. The only thing is that your skin can get irritated when taking it off (did I mention that it's VERY adhesive?), so you may have to let your skin breathe for a couple of days in between applications. All in all, it's a great product and all of the physical therapists at my clinic want to try it now.
