Purchased this product for a recurring shoulder problem. I have used Kinesiology tape in the past, I have tried different brands and types. This tape works very well. It stays on a lot longer then KT Tape and costs less. I can wear this tape for about 4 days before it begins to come off. I shower with it and it stays on! One thing I did notice is that the top layer of tape seems to not stick too well to the bottom layer of tape, where the two pieces cross. Although it could also be because of the placement of the tape since it is placed over my collar bone. I have not tried using it on a more flat surface of my body as I have not had any other issues. Overall, this is a great product and I would definitely purchase again when I run out.
