Worked great! good for me

Worked great for my shin splints, I had to keep training and this was just what I needed! I wore it for several days and even showered with it on. I found the more I didn't touch the tape with my fingers the better it stuck where i needed it to. There are videos on You Tube on how to place it and how to handle it.

If you are using it for your foot, think about buying a name brand so that the adhesive is stronger.
