The platform has helped us with our claims process by providing us with the ability to easily track claims and get them turned around quickly. It also provides some great tools for our adjusters to help them along their way through the claim process. I do not have any complaints about the software itself. There are just a couple of things that I would like to see changed. For example, in order to see all of our open cases at one time, we used to click on "All Cases" from the top navigation menu and it would take us to an entirely different page. Now, if you want to access your open cases, you can't go directly there without going through every single case first. This makes it difficult to find what you're looking for if you need to look back over past cases. We don't have any problems in terms of the service provided by this software.
