Great software for tracking claims and expenses

I like how easy it is to use and how simple it is to navigate. It's very customizable so you can create your own rules and alerts. The customer service at clickclaims has been amazing. They are always willing to help even if they don't have an answer right away. Sometimes they need to ask someone else before getting back to me. I haven't found anything I dislike about this system. I like that it's easy to use once you get used with how things work in this program! It can be somewhat confusing at first but after using awhile everything starts coming together very well!! There are not many downsides of clickclaimsto me either so far. If your looking into software programs then definitely give them another look because they have some great products out there now too. ! ClickClaims - Great Claims Management Software

The platform has helped us with our claims process by providing us with the ability to easily track claims and get them turned around quickly. It also provides some great tools for our adjusters to help them along their way through the claim process. I do not have any complaints about the software itself. There are just a couple of things that I would like to see changed. For example, in order to see all of our open cases at one time, we used to click on "All Cases" from the top navigation menu

  • What really stands out is easy accessibility as wellas quick turnaroundon resolving issues once they've occurred! Also helpfulfor keeping clients up to speedwith statuses while remaining proactive regarding potential developments intheir upcoming policy year.
