I like how easy it is to use and how simple it is to navigate. It's very customizable so you can create your own rules and alerts. The customer service at clickclaims has been amazing. They are always willing to help even if they don't have an answer right away. Sometimes they need to ask someone else before getting back to me. I haven't found anything I dislike about this system. If you're looking for a robust software that will allow you to make changes in real time without needing constant assistance from their support team, then this is the best option out there. We've had issues with our previous insurance carrier and needed to switch over to another provider. This made finding information and filing claims much more efficient and easier than using paper files.
