Review on Surco J600 Roof Rack Adapter by Carl Higdem

I have this rack on my 15 JKU and love it. I have long looked for racks to put my J kayak racks on, but on the Wrangler it's either a full cage or crossbars that attach to the hard top gutter rails. I didn't like either option as both render the liberty fields useless. The surco stance avoids this by placing a crossbar on the back. It was easy to install and very reliable, ran 7 hours on 2 kayaks with no problems. I would recommend a more permanent installation as there are foam pads that compress when installed and removing them could render them unusable and scratch your upper.
