Poor craftsmanship. Disgusting customer service. These blinds cannot be adjusted. There is an arch in the middle that narrows towards the hill, worst investment I have ever made. This is low quality garbage. This company is not willing to pay to ship defective blinds. No matter how you try to set them up, someone can easily look through a window into a lighted room. Your customer service is the worst. After paying shipping and insurance to get their junk back, they decide whether or not they want your money back. I have spent over $10,000 on Revain, with hundreds of sellers this company is the worst. Anyone who deals with these tails of life will regret it. If you have money to squander, just give it to someone on the street and get out of trouble. To be honest, I never expect a refund, and expecting me to pay to return a faulty product is the definition of theater of the absurd. Do yourself a favor, buy from another company that takes pride in their product, and don't treat customers as a bunch of losers to meddle with at will.
