Worst product ever, disappointed with the purchase.

The Galaxy S1 was the first smartphone I ever owned, and the Galaxy S21 will be the last. I have to put up with such intricacies that not even the cheapest Chinese smart phones have in order to get a flagship (although the youngest in the series of flagships). And why? That amazing camera of his, perhaps? So, purely in terms of Chinese electronics, it's not even close to being extraordinary. Unless the quality of this video capture is noticeably higher than the rest (which is possible only in bright light). I can no longer stand Samsung. And not just because their flagship has "features" worth $70,000, but because they have such a contempt for their customer base. If they say they'll be back, they better. But it seems you're all simply fibbing. I am already selling the remaining pieces of your equipment from my home and will continue to do so at any available opportunity. Disregard, a formerly engaged customer. To all those who "I don't know, everything is fine with me, " say welcome to your grandchildren. I'm going to charge up this gorgeous brick right now.

Pros
  • Oh, and I've been waiting a long time to leave this review while I collected my thoughts, but I can't take it any longer. I purchased a brand new (May 2022) Galaxy S21 8/256GB. In addition to the Buds Live headphones and a 25W fast charger, I spent 67000r on this bundle. To begin, I no longer have any faith in Samsung after they flagrantly misled me. Samsung's public relations for the S21 line proclaimed emphatically that customers have 7 days from the date of purchase to return the phones if they are dissatisfied for any reason. Two days later, I realized that this smartphone did not suit me for various reasons, so I returned it and painted on the shelves why I didn't like it (even though I couldn't explain why; after all, that's how you shouted in your PR campaign). I told the worker that if they switched to 120 Hertz mode (one of the key features at the time), the battery would last for a few hours, assuming they didn't use the phone like their grandma. My response was that turning off airplane mode would help my phone last longer.Funny) I bought a smart for 120 hertz, but I have to turn it off in order to use it for a short time anyhow, but for an hour longer) He is in the typical Mode, which retains the charge unacceptably little! I informed the worker that the intense PWM causes my eyes to tire by the end of the day, and that my smartphone quickly becomes quite hot to the touch. In less than a minute, you can film something sizzling. He listened to my concerns and stated they understood why the S21 was not a good fit, so I sent it back. After putting it away, I retrieved my trusty old smart phone. No word in seven days. After waiting 20 days, I emailed them to find out where my application stood; they said it was still being reviewed. This time there is complete and utter quiet. And thus no one responded me or called me back, of course, nothing was returned. Nothing happened to me! That's why I now consider your business to be a con!
Cons
  • After almost a year of using your pathetic imitation of the industry standard, I keep going in the vain hope that you'll improve it with future updates. So far, with the help of your ates: Wi-fi speeds at 2.4 GHz were drastically slowed down. My previous torrent download speeds at 2.4GHz and 5GHz were 10-11mb/sec. The current top speed at 2.4GHz is only 3mb/sec. Three different home routers were tested. Of course, grandma mode will prevent you from noticing this, but I didn't buy a premium phone for grandma mode. Two, the screen friezes at random, as if the frame rate had dropped to 10. Does what it says and helps lock and unlock the screen, but why? Rapid battery recharging, third. Since the day I bought it, I've used exclusively dark themes in an effort to conserve battery life until bedtime. Because the brightness is constantly set to less than half, PWM is more noticeable, resulting in increased eye fatigue. 4. The stuttering in the headphones. That's why I decided to put pen to paper and compose this critique. The moment you put your phone in your pocket and start walking down the street, they start stuttering. Five, there are many more subtleties, such as previously unreported system freezes. I won't complain about how quickly a mobile internet connection kills a battery. Also, ever since I bought it, the button that locks it has been wobbly. A 70k phone can do that. Anyone who wishes to tell me to reset the phone/headphones/etc., please leave via the back way into the woods. I may have flashed the Galaxy S1 when you were hiding under the table. How should someone with 70k intelligence act? I know! Only the S21's stereo sound system truly stood out to me. He really is fantastic. The 120Hz option is more visually appealing, but I can't use it because it would need me to find a charging source in the middle of the day.
