I bought 2 of these and will be ordering a third now if that tells you anything. I'm giving it 5 stars because it's as good as the one in my Kitchenaid dishwasher if not better, but 3 because it's still not good enough to handle the heat and not damage the floor. I had the last one for over a year but the one I bought for my mom only lasted 6 months. I think her DW is Kenmore. I love that it's half the price of a Kitchenaid replacement. A trick I found to extend the life is to remove the top cover and place it under the basket in the dishwasher. This gives him a bit more space between him and the elements and also helps if you have holes in the ground to keep things inside.
