Installed it on a 2006 F-150 5.4L Triton engine instead of a Motorcraft 515 engine because the champ is one piece and won't break. At first they seemed great spark plugs, but after about 3 weeks I started having intermittent misfires. Eventually (over the course of about 3 days) it got so bad that the code set and engine light came on. I pulled the spark plug out of the misfiring cylinder and found that the tip of the electrode was completely gone. I pulled out another plug and found the same thing. At this point I settled on Motorcraft 515. Ultimately 5 out of 8 Champion connectors had a damaged or missing electrode. I don't know why but the truck runs great with Motorcraft spark plugs.
