Purchased for my adopted German Shepherd for training . he is something of a houdini and slipped a regular collar and a harness. Until adjusted for size , he managed to slip this collar but resizing it has made that problem go away . As wwith all choker collarrs you must use good judgement , and not be heavy handed with it . but he now can be tied out for a few minuits to do his bussiness , and doesn't try to escape. I do not leave him out unatended . this collar is not ment for any tie out applications, and shouldd not be used in thaat way.
