Poor build quality - static and line noise that wasn't present before installation

your phone call. On the first call after installation, I noticed a significant drop in volume and voice quality. Each time the plug twisted, it created static and noise on the line. I removed the device and it worked normally again. Spend a few bucks more and get something that really works!
