I purchased this little accessory for my office telephone and I am thoroughly impressed. After I put it to the test, I noticed that it has fixed the tangle issue that I used to experience every day. The Twisstop Detangler is a great addition to my office electronics and has improved the quality of my phone calls. The only con is that it's a bit bulky, but considering the benefits it provides, it's a small price to pay.

This product should not fit every phone although I didn't see it in the description. I got it at the office and installed it on my boss' phone and it clicked flawlessly. But you didn't hear anything over the phone when he came to answer, he had to take calls hands-free until he realized there was a new device on his phone that could do it. He picked it up and the phone worked fine.
