the bell that was supposed to ring at the end of the set time didn't work

In the first case, the timer worked, but the bell that was supposed to ring at the end of the set time didn't work. Sent the first one back (simple return was best) and got a new one. Same, the bell didn't ring when the time was up. Didn't send it back, just threw it in the trash where it belongs. Don't waste your money on this product.
