I bought the 300A version first to work with my 24V 3000W inverter to work. The product appears to be well assembled and the switching mechanism works well. Thought I'd like to use the set screw approach to save on buying more cleats. However, the set screw approach causes 2 problems. First, the maximum wire size is 1/0, which can only handle 150A. Therefore, they should not make circuit breakers greater than 150A with this cable configuration. Second, the info says it works with 1/0 to 4 gauge wire. I originally used 2 gauge because it's rated for 115A and I knew my load wouldn't exceed 85A. Set screw and less than 1/0 gauge wire is the few strands under the set screw are under pressure and making good contact. Strands slipping to the side do not put pressure on them and do not touch each other well. As a result, the cables heated up directly at the connection points to the switch. The set screw location works well with 1/0 gauge wire as it is snug even up to the set screw. So I'll probably go with the 150A or 200A version to match the 1/0 cable. If you need a 300A breaker, get one that can use spade lugs and 4/0 gauge wire.
