It was well packaged. There weren't really any helpful instructions and I'm a woman who grew up in the 60's/70's helping my mechanic dad pull engines, gas tanks, fix carburetors and more. I emailed someone and it took me a few days to reply. He REALLY went through all the stages he had to go through. Told me my truck had no error codes. I'm happy with it, especially for the price. I bought it at the urging of YouTube Scotty Kilmer, a 52-year-old chief mechanic who owns $6,000. cool monitor.
