Update: I originally gave this item 1 star because it broke the day I used it. As a product it is amazing! Until it broke, it was the perfect tool for cutting round quarters. I contacted the company on the day of the defect and received an immediate response. After sending photos of the defective product, a new tool was promptly sent to me. Customer service was friendly, helpful and spot on! Bottom line - this thing is a game changer for the quarter round. I highly recommend it. Because for the quick response and friendliness I am changing my rating to 5 stars. I'm giving one star because it broke on the first day of use. If the support team contacts me I will update the rating. Until the switch broke it was awesome! I noticed that you have to cut off a quarter of the circle at the back each time. It just doesn't cut right off the beveled edge. Once I figured it out I fixed it and had no problems. This is MUCH better than having to go outside for every cut with a miter saw. I highly recommend it for quarter round cuts! I hope customer service handles your cases in a timely manner! Once that happens I will post again. Conclusion: Until yours breaks, it's much easier than sawing from the outside!
