BeElion's customer service and quality control leave something to be desired

I'm disappointed to report that, despite my excitement to buy surveillance equipment from BeElion, my interactions with the firm have been less than positive. Although their product selection may be great, their customer service and quality assurance might use some work. First off, I had a number of problems with the things I got. One of the cameras I bought was broken, and the surveillance housing I got was deficient in certain crucial components. I tried contacting BeElion's customer care department for assistance, but they were unreachable and useless. The fact that I had to wait many weeks for replacement parts to arrive was even more annoying. The inconvenience of this wait made me angry and concerned about the safety of my possessions. I've had a bad overall experience with BeElion. Although their items may be of high quality, they should enhance their customer service and quality assurance. I would advise anyone thinking about making a purchase from BeElion to be ready for any problems that might arise and to have a fallback plan in place.
