At Orion we value our customers and always want to help them as much as possible. In this case, their support for our product with the serial metrics software is exceptional! Our entire sales team loves working with Orion. They have such amazing people who truly want to make things work and do not ever let you feel that way. We have had nothing but positive experiences from start to finish with the team at Orion. We love how they take care of us. I honestly can't think of one thing to dislike about the team at Orion. The software was able to handle very large amounts of data quickly and easily. The reports were easy to build and really helped get to the root of issues.
