Metrics and Insights made accessible to everyone

I can see how my models perform with live metrics so that we have immediate access into our KPIs at any time for all employees in real-time without having an analyst sit there watching everything or going through manual reports each day! It's not perfect yet but it is constantly improving which makes me very happy about this product overall!! There really isn't anything i dislike specifically other than maybe some minor UI glitches when trying new features out occasionally if you're used them…

  • Live dashboard viewable anytime, anywhere directly within browser window.
  • No more manually pulling data together every week like old school excel sheet method

Wonderful people and excellent software!

At Orion we value our customers and always want to help them as much as possible. In this case, their support for our product with the serial metrics software is exceptional! Our entire sales team loves working with Orion. They have such amazing people who truly want to make things work and do not ever let you feel that way. We have had nothing but positive experiences from start to finish with the team at Orion. We love how they take care of us. I honestly can't think of one thing to dislike…
