This one has a long probe and can stay in the roast (remove a star after 6 months)

I have a meat thermometer with a probe, but I always have to open the oven several times to check the temperature of the meat. This one comes with a long probe and can stay in the roast. Reading is also accurate and fast. (This is a great thermometer, but I just wanted to let the buyer know that this thermometer is not waterproof, so I'm deducting a star from the previous rating.)
