Ineffective good for me
I guess it really does pay to go in a store and try on these things. Got them for my kiddo and the adhesive was weak from the first use. The heals slide all over the shoe, as a result, the support it was suppose to render was nonexistent. I would honestly super glue them down or just stick with your old orthopedics custom plates/inserts, if you can afford it.
