Review on b.telligent by Hector Mak

The support from the team has been excellent - nothing to dislike here. I've used them as an agency for several years, but when our contract ended we wanted to move to direct hire at B.Telligent. It's been a smooth process (no issues so far), but I would like to see some more transparency around pricing. We're looking at hiring multiple people and it was unclear what their rates are. I'd also like to be able to request a bill upon completion of work, rather than waiting until after the billing period. This saves us time in terms of having to track down invoices and chase payment. The team is very good at communication, and the project management features have been great!
