I like the friendly staff and the helpfulness of the sales staff. I've had a few problems with the computer but the staff was always helpful. I don't think there is anything I dislike about this company. If you are looking for a good company, this is it. They help me with the computer and printer problems I have. It's a nice place and I like the friendly staff. They have helped me with my computer problems and printer problems. Their staff was amazing! They were very responsive, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, quick to respond when I had questions or needed help with something. I do not have any complaints about their service other than they tend to be busy during peak season. This can cause delays but it's usually worth it. The benefits are that you get great customer support, access to all your tech needs at one place, price point (relatively low).
