The fact that we can use OctoPODs with both WebRTC-based solutions as well, like Signal or Slack are two great features I love about this product from Redwood City (a small but mighty startup). They integrate easily into chat tools suchas ChatOps platforms via Zapier - which is what really made it easy to pick them up initially when you have very little integrations in place yet at most companies! If there's one thing they need improve upon now more than anything else however; especially comparedto some of their competitors outthere rightnow would be better analytics capabilities by collecting performance data etc., rather then relying almost exclusivelyon user feedback onlywhich may not always tell us alllthat muchofwhatwe want topracticethatwayaroundwhenyoucanjustsee if somethingisworkingornotfor exampleinyourself? I like the ease of integration with other systems. I also like the speed of the product. I dislike that it is not available in the App Store anymore. I will continue to use Octopods, but I would like to see it available on the App Store again. I recommend Octopods to others looking to integrate with Intercom. We use Octopods to help us communicate with our customers. We also use it to track which customers are actively listening to our messages.
