Dicor Diseal Tape works as advertised. It is relatively easy to apply, but you should have all surfaces clean, rinsed, wiped and dry. I couldn't buy denatured alcohol (due to California environmental laws) to clean the surfaces, so I used isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol can be purchased at your local pharmacy). It worked great removing any residue that might interfere with the diseal tape sticking. (I would NOT recommend using mineral spirits in my opinion as they leave an oily film). Take your time, go slow, use a wallpaper seam roller to remove air bubbles, it will do the job!
