I bought these pens (4 sets) for my daughters, sister and niece who are all students. Initially they loved the pens and I loved the price too, but it turned out two sets were missing two pens each. I was going to send them back for replacement kits, but they didn't have time to wait for a replacement to arrive as they were going back to an out-of-state college. I was so disappointed that the company didn't make sure the packages contained the correct number of pens. There were no complaints about the other two sets, which were completely filled. If all sets had the correct number of pens I would have given them 5 stars, but since there weren't any I had to give them 3 stars (because a 2.5 star rating was not available).
