I like how simple it was when you first logged into your account but then as soon if there are more employees that log onto their accounts things get complicated! It would be great just have an option where we could create our own folders instead so everyone can use them easily without having other people help us with permissions etc.. Also sometimes my computer freezes up or goes down during work hours which makes this really difficult especially because most times i'm using another program at same time too (Skype). This helps organize all information regarding personnel files including employment history/applications & resumes.
