Missing Part - Electronics

I'm a little worried about the missing wiring guide, I see problems along that line unless the old wiring is similar enough. But they sent me a switch that is not in the photo. . The one I received has no back and has white arrow symbols instead of the glossy black symbols and lettering shown in the picture. Color isn't a big issue, but the back is missing. I'll edit the review when I get a suitable record.
