The best thing about this program was having my team members able to attend it at their own convenience so they did not have any conflicts with work or other commitments during trainings which gave us time for more productive tasks afterwards! I disliked how long each session lasted as sometimes we had multiple sessions per day in order from 9am-5pm (which could be exhausting).

Also some of our employees were very busy when attending these days but still attended all scheduled times without fail due to commitment towards job/career growth etc.,.
