Nice looking dust cap and very soft to the touch. I must have been shaking this tiny horror outside for 15 minutes and it was still shedding cotton lint and cotton threads. My British Spaniel doesn't shed as much hair as this beast. So after I got tired of shaking it outside, I put it in the washing machine. There was fluff and cotton wool everywhere in the drain and in the washing machine. Next time I'll put the laundry in the washing machine. I hung it out to dry because I was afraid it would start a fire in my gas dryer. Haven't used it yet as I'm concerned it leaves more lint on the floor than it does. I might have a bad one, so good luck to you.
